What is Hushline? Hushline is your personal hold assistant. It calls customer service for you, navigates their phone menus using AI, waits on hold, and sends you a push notification the moment a real human picks up. You then tap to join the call — no more wasting time on hold.
How does Demo Mode work? Demo Mode simulates a complete call in about 45 seconds — dialing, menu navigation, hold waiting, and human detection — without placing a real phone call. It ends with a real push notification so you can experience the full Hushline flow. No phone charges apply.
What numbers can I call? Hushline currently supports US phone numbers only. We plan to add international support in a future update.
How many free calls do I get? The free tier includes 3 calls per month. Each call can last up to 90 minutes on hold. We're working on a paid tier with more calls for frequent users.
Is my call recorded? By default, calls are NOT recorded. In development/testing mode, calls may be recorded for quality assurance. You will always be informed if a call is being recorded. Hushline announces at the start of every call that an AI assistant is being used.
What AI services does Hushline use? Hushline uses Groq (for speech recognition and real-time AI navigation) and Google AI/Gemini (for call summaries). Call audio is processed in real-time and is never stored by these services beyond the processing duration.
Why do I need to allow push notifications? Push notifications are how Hushline tells you a human picked up your call. Without them, you'd have to keep the app open and watch the screen. With notifications enabled, you can put your phone away and get alerted instantly.
How do I delete my account? Email support@sumanservices.shop with your request and we will delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
